The 2010 World Cup Series Rankings were updated following the third leg of the World Cup Series that took place this past week-end in Wroclaw, Poland.
Since 2009, the winners of the World Cup Series are determined based on the World Cup Series Rankings rather than a World Cup Final. The World Cup Series Rankings are calculated based on the points earned during all the World Cups of the World Cup Series. No points are granted for events that are not World Cups, such as Olympic Games, World Championships, and Continental Championships.
Gymnasts collect World Cup points ranging from 50 points for the 1st place to 6 pts for the 16th place in the following decreasing point numbers: 50, 40, 30, 25, 23, 20, 18, 16, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 6.
The best results from a maximum of four World Cups are taken into account for each gymnast. Ties are not broken.
The first World Cup of the 2010 Series took place in Ghent, Belgium, in April. It was followed by the Davos World Cup on June 11-12, 2010, and the Wroclaw World Cup on July 3-4, 2010. The four upcoming World Cups of the 2010 World Cup Series will take place in Albacete, Spain, on September 3-4, Astrakhan, Russia, on September 17-18, Loule, Portugal, on September 24-25, and Salzgitter, Germany, on October 8-9.

It seems that the FIG took the decision that with the withdrawal of the Uzbek pair due to injury from the women's synchronized trampoline final of the Wroclaw World Cup, only three countries were deemed to have competed in Poland (i.e., Germany, Belarus, and Russia). No preliminaries were held. Under the 2010 World Cup Series rules, no World Cup points are granted where less than four federations compete. As a result, the FIG has left the women's synchronized trampoline rankings unchanged. Anna Dogonadze-Jessica Simon (GER) still hold the lead as a result.
