The International German University Championship (Open) took place on January 28, 2006, at the University of Mainz (Germany).  Trampolinists from Germany, England, Scotland, Switzerland, and Austria competed. 

Katharina Ludwig (University of Hannover, Germany) won the women's individual competition with 90.8 pts.  Michiel van der Vegte (University of Karlsruhe, Germany) won the men's individual competition with 87.5 pts.  68 female students and 45 male students competed in the main individual category.

The team competition was also won by the University of Karlsruhe.
