Huang Shanshan and Dong Dong take the lead at the 2009 Chinese National Games
October 12, 2009: Huang Shanshan (Fujian) and Dong Dong (Shanxi) dominated the women's and men's individual trampoline preliminaries of the 11th Chinese National Games that took place today in Jinan, Shandong. In tumbling, Chen Lingqian (Shanghai) and Yang Song (Fujian) took the lead respectively in the women's and men's events. The Guangdong team and the Shanxi team qualified for the women's and men's team finals in first place. Pictures added.

Ishikawa wins the 2009 Eastern Japan Championship
September 15, 2009: Hideyasu Ishikawa won the men's individual trampoline competition of the 33rd Eastern Japan Championship held in Maebashi on September 12-13, 2009. Kaori Takahashi prevailed in the women's.
2010 Asian Games Mascot Unveiled
September 2, 2009: The mascot for the 16th Asian Games was recently unveiled at a press conference in Guangzhou, China. The Asian Games will take place on November 12-27, 2010, in Guangzhou. The official mascot is displayed trampolining.
